Mouth guard fittings

Mouthguards or mouth protectors are used to shield the areas of the teeth, mouth, cheeks, tongue, and jaw from injury during grinding and outdoor activities, especially sports. These appliances help protect the upper teeth gives good protection to the soft tissues of the tongue, lips, and linings of the cheeks.

Why wear Mouthguards?

If you are someone who loves playing in the outdoors with a lot of physical activity, mouthguards must be part of your standard equipment from an early age. It is a necessary requirement for patients (children and adults) who exposes themselves to contact sports, and for athletes who may have a greater chance of dental injury.

Adults and children who have the habit of grinding their teeth at night can wear night guards which offer the same protection.
